Salcicce!

Even here in Italy as obviously there are a myriad of sausages.
My discoveries so far are: the saucisson sec is salami, saucisson (salsicciona!) to the ail is the most gorgeous and insane world, the Paris version is deadly hot dog.
must premise that here the first second division starter sweet fails. We have an "entry", a "flat" and a "dessert / cheese." Entrees in easy to find both the saucisson sec saucisse aux ail. The hot dogs instead stands in the boulangerie (!) And classic paninari stalls, especially in the area of Montmartre and especially on the boulevard that runs from Pigalle to Blanche: sex shop, strippers and hot dogs.

The saucisson to the ail (I think you write it) is sort of the consistency of mortadella sausage, with a vague hint of garlic that will fill your fridge smell inexorably. With the baguette is obviously divine, after three starts slices a bit 'to the stomach (but perhaps it is my personal reaction, since even the mortadella me through this) but it must be absolutely proven because its price is more than popular!

The hot dog: the case of piece of baguette cut in half in which is threaded a long sausage and orange rind. Above, is littered with Emmental Rape (which here replaces in all respects the parmesan ... yes, even the pasta ...) and creme fraiche (yes, cream). Everything is put to warm in the oven so that the Emmental to melt and form a mound over the yellowish-white sausage. What can I say, experience ...

Yankee in Paris or

Since malatissima and are forced to a week of boiled potatoes and white rice, we talk about my favorite place to eat in Paris! In 4 rue Princesse, thanks to A., I found my little corner of paradise. We eat Yankee, by the way, but do not think Mc Donald. Think rather in a diner friendly, warm colors, carmine red leather chairs and people really interesting to note that you eat. A little money you get a nice big dish is very good and a breath of fresh air USA. Of course, if we add the cake that costs less than 7 euro, or a cocktail at 5 instead of FREE carafe d'eau froid is no longer so cheap, but if you settle for a club sandwich (DDDIO I want one even if I'm MAALEEE) or a bacon cheeseburger or a Swedish menu, you get on quietly with 15 €. All accompanied by a mini jug of sauce coleslaw, which is the end of the world (salad of chopped cabbage, carrots, onions and mayonnaise, God Bless America!) Of course, I photographed everything every time we've been, the photos voila!

Tartiflette Truffade?! Annie loves

My favorite French podcast has an episode on the plates French. The protagonist adddoooore tartiflette. I asked already in Milan J. what it was and he said that all the Italians go crazy for. Finally this weekend we tried it, bought at the supermarket, Reflets de France brand that is cool and is cheaper than eating it for 14 € at the Latin Quarter. These short to Reven (French verb I think that means a pseudo pre-browning, and it is literally revived, as when one passes out) the onion in a poele, obviously with a little 'omnipresent beurre, add lardons (bacon here call with a name that makes you feel really guilty) and diced potatoes. You browns browns, then moves all of this in a pan, and you slam on the reblochon, a cheese
low, wide and round, which in practice is cut in half, and leans over the bowl so that the part the crust is over and then can make a charred crust.

Similar to this dish truffade is always with bacon, potatoes and cheese (tome fraiche), but the potatoes are cut thin, there is waaay more cheese, and fried until singe goes above and below.
short, and I thought the infamous, which goes round and round sti dishes are good men are, but all the same.
I got ill with other specialties, but I have a cough, fever, and then we stop here tonight!

When You Hurt A Scorpio Man Feelings

chouquettes! Free Sunday

Narany me started in the world of patisserie, and I discovered that I do not go crazy for cupcakes like the creamy religieuse or eclairs, too heavy and sugary. Instead I love the two C: Caneles et Chouquettes!

This is a canela, are typical of Bordeaux, are of various sizes and more or less charred. They have no filling, and sweets are appicicaticce outside, and inside gommosine, with a hint of vanilla. Simple and good. But ever since the lightness of the elusive Chouquettes

... that view, so let's face it, not by a penny, then if I tell you that inside is empty ... is: yes, but is empty inside is soft when you eat and crush the teeth and the inner wall is in contact with the taste buds, you think someone has spread from a thin layer of cream. Outside is dry, cooked, and it remains inside a wall soft, thin, moist. They are an amazing thing, a subtle balance, and in my opinion are too damn hard to do, how does one know when they still have their creamy sauce inside or when it is too late and are now the horrible cupcake filling that will not suck?

Putain! The three
(TRE) boulangerie below have decided to make a bridge and remain closed, so this morning I went out in the cold at all and I had to settle for toast.

I leave you with a mural that I photographed yesterday.

Peruvian Jewelry In Gta

Due Supper (o quasi)

Let's start with yesterday's dinner, pre-election. E 'come here a friend of Ben, I went into the kitchen to say goodbye and I left after three hours, starting with an aperitif made with rillettes of Carrefour, which would be a kind of pate, but coarser and less expensive meat pork. It comes in a jar of paper, and when you open it you find yourself in front of a cold surface and smooth and white that seems rather lemon sorbet is fat, but is thrown away, and after a drop of this stuff finally arrived to the pate which is God's doing!
look ugly, ok:

In short, the opening was in this spread on bread that had Benjamin baked 3 minutes before, and a cocktail made with rum, orange juice and sugar, but a particular sugar: he brought from India, and is a block of sugar cane as big as a potato, you scratch style Parmesan cheese, and put on the bottom of the glasses melted immediately in contact with the rum. Get some 'crumbs know of caramel, a powder that recalls something of the Christmas fair, but I could not well identified.
After that, noodles fettuccine "with vegetables and a melange of three different sauces Chinese!

Today, I Julia and we went to the bar-of-amelie, or rue Lepic, Montmartre, Café des Deux Moulins. I remembered that the drink was cheap and in fact, with € 3.90 you can choose from 6 great beers or cocktails from a list of fairly simple, we took two and a daiquiri Assiette des Deux Moulines, 6 €: rillette (but should!) , tsatsiki (Greek yogurt sauce, cucumber and garlic), tapenade (black olive paste) and terrine of tuna-caper-parsley over warm bread slices. Amelie
wished us a good appetite and we were very far from the beloved fruit creme brulée pure marketing (there I fell in May last year ... not bad eh ... but, CARA).
Even the breakfast menu in the café is not bad, with 2.60 euro I think you have coffee and half a baguette spread with butter and jam. Rating: 8, because it is cheap even if it is right in Montmartre and is truly a classic French café, with people reading (there are books available), works with the laptop, spend the day.

Cruising Spots Birmingham Alabama

Since Tzimiskes I dedicated a post, I attempt a complicated post a overview on the pastry that I imagine will appreciate, soon I'll make a Viennoiseries 2 out of cakes and more.
The photos are all thieves from flickr or google, I swear to replace them sooner or later but I'm in the bill and it's not that I can buy twenty brioscine to make the picture pretty nice.

CROISSANT CROISSANT NATURE et Beurre:
one brings the high cholesterol, the other not.
Exaggerations aside, the croissants still resembles that of our bars, when you find "the brioche quellabbuona" not sweating too much fat, the pastry is much Crostolo then destroys all the while you eat, it costs 10 to 20 cents less of
CROISSANT Beurre, which at first bite you think, "How did I live without?" but after a while '(especially that of some boulangerie in the 18th arrondissement) you fat oozes from the nausea.
Warning! The croissant beurre may also call or croissant à l'ancienne tradition: the stick of butter is still there!

http://www.flickr.com/photos/lynnintokyo/

PAIN AU Chocolait or chocolatine, think of the classic saccottino Mulino Bianco, but no! And 'step 2 in the destruction of Viennoiserie, 1.20 €, inside is not like Nutella, but bits of dark chocolate-tablet, dissolved and recomposed, and then have a bit 'Duretti and deeeliziosi!
http://www.flickr.com/photos/roboppy/425709661/

SUISSE: This is really very good. It 'pretty much a pain au Chocolait with the addition of cream.
remains a bit 'schiacciatina and more moist than the first two, which are crisp, but who cares. Glory to Us!
http://www.idesign.fr/website/capella/source/mesphotos/10b-SUISSE-LONGUE-ok.jpg

CROISSANT AUX amandes: perhaps the most caloric of all, as it is a croissant with cream inside and smashed out of sheets of almonds (if you're lucky, there is also in the chocolate). Dolce nth degree, it's good for lovers of Arabic sweets, and certainly not for me. It looks very inviting but it's great. Positive: with a maximum of € 2 you're not hungry until the evening. http://www.flickr.com/photos/mariannaf/222816342/

PAIN AU RAISIN: a spiraling croissant with raisins, the best according to A. Ladurée is, well I like the packaging of the mini viennoiserie Supemercato (2 viennoiseries € 10, not bad)
's simple, butter and raisins have been together for God, if icing is too sweet and sometimes a lot of the dirty hands.

How To Unblock Farmville On My Newsfeed

Mary chopsticks!

Today dimanche, dimanche
and how each Paris closes everything except the Latin Quarter (and some boutiques in the Marais). The only open doors with the French waited patiently in line are the Boulangerie.
should be spending a few words about this institution, which in no way associated with the Italian bakeries: in addition to bread (and especially the selection of those "extended" is vast, selling traditional French pastries, quiches, all viennoiserie (soon to a post only on those), even slices of pizza (but better leave it there, believe me ... to each his country, we have the croissants are crap, ok, but you please stop making pizza with the above condiriso SACL).
short, I got in line I, too, and while they took my money they candidly supported the baguette (protected only by a tissue pants) on the glass counter where the lady had put the first two Euros. Candidly, eh, no one is scandalized. I have to get used to us, even to see the lady before he slips into the baguette handbag elegant thong. I did it too, because having even bought a quiche lorraine (= savory tart made with puff pastry, stuffed with bacon, egg and some cream cheese ... a solid short carbonara) and a canela de Bordeaux (dolcettino shaped pudding, caramel outside, chewy inside muttered in Marche =) I did not know where to poke, my demi baguette (abstain from lewd comments s'il vous plait et meme s'il vous plait pas it).

Smangiucchiandomela I ended up in the Latin Quarter, where I spotted the trash present for the ceremony of the usual Christmas gifts to max 3 euro we do. I did not buy, though. It takes days of psychological preparation, believe me.

Manual 128401 Lomita 010116

Brie is the king.

obrobriosità To recover from the previous post, I went to Champion, which is less expensive but monoprix tres plus loin, to begin to experience the world of fromage, which in Italy a little bit I know, but here is a keeper.
First, I am cornered by a basket of brie fettozza one euro, to make my mouth in case number 2 was that the experiment went wrong.

I discovered that you can buy a mini-mini portion of certain cheeses, and then I started with this mini gorgonzolino (Saint Agur), as big as a toast:

rating: 7 and a half. The dough is much more daring of our-brie and even pink, not very dirty, it is spread, the Muffett is strong at the right point, but I do not know if they eat more than this miniporzioncina.
Let's go to number 2, which was a real coup de foudre: Saint Felicien du Dauphine, Reflets de France brand, which is a bit 'like the flavors and Greater Conad.

's the classic soft and stinky French cheese, I just do not stink! Inside has a tender heart that not even a hoax, it is blue cheese, this pasta always yellowish, compact, cut it into slices, but can also spread. the least creamy cottage cheese has a consistency much more white, I put a zoom below. However, brie, but deals in a €, beat all, I could not really live without.
Therefore, experience with a French cheese, 2-1 for me!

non far sapere al contadino

Only I could buy this expensive shit. Monoprix Gourmet's obviously nice pack, there are waterfalls. Plums, Lardon and chevre cheese with ... mmmm that bbona! In fact, the plum is sweet but does not go above the acid cheese and bacon and gommosissima remains very difficult to swallow ... The stuzzicadentini chicchissimi and are also available inside, but even the smell is not good, is bad stuff brewing.
not make this mistake you too, I paid for all.

Blue Print Frames Dune Buggy

churritos!

In any self-respecting fair in Paris next to the crepes do not miss the feast of churritos. These
paste pancake stuck in a kind of huge Formina by Dido that ends straight into the hot oil. A wonderful word! And it's much more convenient to eat a pancake from our own, now also becomes dry in the thin parts. Tzimiskes pointed out to me that English is a delight, shame not to have attechito well in Italy!

Vive la Bretagne!

Voilà cookies classic French breakfast! They are a thousand brands, but monoprix have the best value for money. Try them and do not really understand how you ever think for years that the grindstones of the mill white were good!

It is said that in France you can not find cookies without butter if you do not go in the session diets, but these are light, however, leggermentissimamente savory taste enhancers, fin-du-monde!
It makes me ill to think that I have to finish the biscuits and jam that I bought before votarmi and completely without remorse for a life of biscuits Brittany!
Prix: 1.20 € ... pas cher!

What Do The Parts Of A Pirate Ship Do

chicken come here!

the first time in a supermarket in another country is really a mess. The sugar is close to the pasta, salt near the water, yogurt and close to us are the soups. In France they are a lot of fresh soups, are in two-liter bottles in glass or in family-size pack more humans, and are always so cool pack, but as cool and as a packaging range that is as Covent Garden Food Co. E ' made as a milk carton, the writing style are hand Firefly, costicchia (2.60 € by Champion, Monoprix from € 3.40) because in the end by, are two portions of soup! But okay, there is, zero concussion and a lot of health.
Obviously I bought the variant most absurd

Inside are really pieces of sliced chicken, and even a few! The soup has a sweet coconut and many herbs unspecified. I've eaten with Ben who is an expert in Thai cuisine and told me that resembles the original. As for me ... experience, but I prefer the classic range, such as nuts and spinach, wild mushrooms. Voting in general: 9 (if it costs 2 € 10)
